I have been in real estate since 2004, a property manager since 2006. I have sold over 1200 homes in my entire real estate career, and I currently manage 590 single-family homes.

My team consists of six property managers and six staff members, constantly working on how to enable systems and procedures to maintain and manage landlords’ homes. Make a mistake, we make it right.

Aaron joined Freeman Advantage Property Management in April 2025, bringing nearly a decade of construction experience and a strong understanding of property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects. His hands-on background allows him to communicate effectively with property owners, residents, and contractors while helping ensure each property is professionally cared for.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Aaron is committed to providing clear communication, dependable service, and practical solutions. He approaches property management with the belief that success is like climbing a mountain: it requires preparation, persistence, and steady progress. His goal is to make each step of the property-management journey easier for owners and residents alike.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys fitness, home-improvement projects, music, gaming, and spending time with family and his dogs. He is always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and continue moving forward both personally and professionally.

Xavier is a hardworking, driven professional with a passion for helping people, solving problems, and taking on new challenges. He graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and has since built a diverse background in leadership, customer service, real estate, and property management.

Throughout his career, Xavier has consistently taken on greater responsibility and earned promotions into management roles at several businesses, including Overdrive Raceway, Sky Zone, and a car modification shop. These experiences helped him develop strong leadership skills, learn how to perform under pressure, and become an effective communicator and problem solver.

Xavier has also developed extensive experience in real estate, helping numerous families throughout Colorado Springs successfully buy and sell their homes. In addition, he manages more than 80 rental properties for property owners, giving him a strong understanding of property management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and the many challenges that come with managing real estate.

Known for being hardworking, charismatic, dependable, and highly communicative, Xavier thrives in high-pressure situations. He approaches challenges with a calm and solution-oriented mindset and believes that strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential to building lasting relationships and achieving success.

Outside of his professional life, Xavier enjoys building and modifying his car, watching and playing sports—especially basketball—and spending quality time with his friends, family, and loved ones. He is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and challenge himself both personally and professionally.

Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2018, Demar Hightower has had the privilege of helping families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying and selling a home. Since 2018, he has also been actively involved in managing homes and properties, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry from both the sales and management perspectives. With 50+ homes sold individually, Demar brings hands-on experience, strong market knowledge, and a commitment to making the real estate process as smooth and successful as possible for every client.

With more than 13 years of management experience, Demar has developed strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that translate directly into providing exceptional service to his real estate clients. Outside of real estate, Demar is a devoted husband and proud dad of three girls. When I’m not working, I’m a proud mom of two, a daughter and a son, and a hockey mom who loves cheering from the stands. I’m also a big Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos fan. I believe in treating people with honesty, respect, and care, and I’m proud to bring that same approach to my work in property management.

Ever since joining the property management team, my life has taken a clearer and more rewarding direction. What started as a job quickly became a genuine passion for understanding homes—from the structure and systems that keep them running to the everyday details that make a house feel like a home. I’ve learned more about houses than I ever thought possible, and that knowledge has given me a real sense of purpose and growth.

Outside of work, I’m someone who stays active and grounded. I love working out, playing soccer, hanging out with friends, cooking good food, and (of course) snacking along the way. Balancing those simple joys with the hands-on learning I get every day has made my path feel fuller and more intentional than ever before.

Dominic Mast has been a valued member of the Freeman Advantage Team for the past two years, serving as the Maintenance Coordinator. In his role, Dominic is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance needs of the properties we manage, from the initial work order submitted by a tenant through to the completion of the repair.

Dominic takes pride in being a dependable point of contact for both tenants and property owners. He works closely with trusted vendors and contractors to coordinate timely repairs while keeping everyone informed throughout the process. His goal is to make every maintenance experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, while ensuring that repairs are handled with care and in a way that satisfies both our owners and tenants.

Known for his friendly approach and strong communication, Dominic makes himself readily available to answer questions and address concerns. He understands how important it is for tenants to have someone they can reach when something goes wrong in their home, and he strives to provide prompt, helpful service. If he happens to miss a call, he makes it a priority to return it as soon as possible.

Dominic believes that great property management starts with communication, reliability, and treating people with respect. He enjoys being part of the Freeman Advantage Team and takes pride in helping maintain comfortable, well-cared-for homes for the tenants and protecting the investments of our property owners.

Caleb is the Office Manager at Freeman Advantage Property Management in Colorado Springs, where he has been part of the team for going on three years. He keeps the office running with a mix of accuracy, follow-through, and a calm, professional presence that owners and tenants quickly come to rely on.

His work covers payroll, property-management data entry, and day-to-day customer service in the office. He is often the first person people speak with when they call or stop by—whether it is a rent question, a work-order update, or a simple request needing a clear answer.

Caleb also schedules periodic property inspections and reviews files for errors so property managers can catch issues early and stay organized. That extra layer of oversight helps the team stay consistent and protects both the company and its clients.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, Caleb handles the administrative side of the business so the rest of the team can focus on properties and people. Based in Colorado Springs, he is a steady part of what makes Freeman Advantage run well every day.
